The National Association Nigeria Students has commended the Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji for his excellence performance at bringing the state to an enviable position amidst the states of the federation.
In an appreciation letter dated 20th of November, the Deputy Coordinator of Zone D chapter of the association, Comrade Taiwo Owolewa, expressed gratitude to the Governor for the invaluable support they derived during a programme held to commemorate International Students Day, adding that the Governor’s commitment to student’s welfare and education is top notch.
Taiwo Owolewa explained that Oyebanji’s administration has witnessed firsthand positive impact of policies and initiatives under his leadership, as well as persistent focus on education, job creation, and health care which has kept the hope of Ekiti citizens alive.
He said governor Oyebanji’s leadership style has boosted the image of Ekiti State within and outside Nigeria and this has resulted in economic growth with an increase in revenue generation.
Owolewa submitted that the Governor’s leadership style has not only fostered a sense of unity and purpose among the student body but has braced their collective commitment towards academic excellence.
The Zonal Coordinator expressed delight in the Governor for his efforts at ensuring that Ekiti State is safe and secured .
He prayed for God’s protection and more wisdom for the Governor to steer the ship of the state to enviable heights .
